Built in the Anglo-Malay architectural style by Eu Tong Sen in the early 1900’s,
Garden Villa was originally designed as an annex to Eu’s nearby palatial
Residence Eu Chateau-Forest Lodge.
Kinta Heritage group currently manages the building
as community and exhibition space.
Garden Villa is open for useby any association or group invoved in
The promotion and preservation of Culture, Nature, History or Arts of Perak.
Group and associations may use Garden Villa to conduct talks,
Exhibitions, gatherings on a FREE OF CHARGE basis….for no more than
10 days at any given time….
Commercial bodies may also make use of Garden Villa,
Although market rates will apply.
